HVAC Service Technician
Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt
Pay: $56,000 – $90,000 per year (plus opportunities for additional earnings through commissions, bonuses, and spiffs)

What You’ll Do
- Service and repair hot air, boiler, water heating, A/C, and heat pump systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct HVAC issues
- Use and maintain modern industry tools
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Collect payments as needed and communicate honestly about services
- Work as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and lending a hand so everyone succeeds
- Help customers by solving comfort problems that directly impact their families and daily lives

What You’ll Bring
- Preferred: 2+ years of HVAC service experience or completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA refrigerant certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year — company provided)
- CETP certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year — company provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professionalism under pressure and solid communication skills
- Comfort using technology, including tablets and mobile apps, to complete jobs efficiently
- Physical ability to:
- Climb ladders/stairs and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces
- Maneuver up to 200 lbs. with equipment or team lift
- Work outdoors in varying conditions
