We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented Inside Sales Professional to drive new business growth from our office. In this outbound-focused role, you will be responsible for actively prospecting, cold calling, and pitching factory-direct tire container solutions to prospective tire distributors, regional dealers, and fleet accounts. Your primary objective is to build a robust sales pipeline, qualify leads over the phone, and secure new container orders to consistently hit and exceed sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
Active Prospecting & Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and targeted email campaigns to identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers across national tire dealerships and regional distributors.
New Account Acquisition: Pitch factory-direct container programs, build interest, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to systematically expand our customer base.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for container volume and gross revenue.
Lead Generation & Research: Research prospective accounts using industry directories, digital platforms, and market databases to continuously generate qualified sales leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven Inside Sales Experience: 4-5+ years of outbound inside sales, cold calling, or B2B business development experience (experience in tire, automotive, or international container shipping is highly preferred).
Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual phone sales quotas and close new accounts over the phone.
Strong Communication & Pitching: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a confident, persuasive telephone manner and strong objection-handling ability.
Self-Motivated & Persistent: High energy, resilient mindset, and a strong drive to make continuous outbound calls to hit target quotas.
