The Opportunity
The Leasing Consultant is the face of the community and a key contributor to occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction. This role blends sales, service, and relationship-building — perfect for an associate who brings positive energy, strong follow-through, and pride in their work.
What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming, engaging experience for prospects and residents from first contact to move-in
- Tour prospective residents through the community and apartment homes, highlighting lifestyle, features, and value
- Convert leads to leases through strong sales skills, consistent follow-up, and authentic connections
- Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately and on time
- Maintain prospect and resident information in property management systems
- Support community marketing efforts including outreach events, social media, and local partnerships
- Ensure the leasing office, model homes, and tour paths are professional, clean, and on brand
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Service Team to deliver exceptional service
- Uphold Fair Housing laws, company policies, and Trinity standards
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, people-focused associate with a sales mindset
- Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfort with technology and property management software
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow
- Weekend availability required

- Ability to walk the community and conduct tours throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
