Steve Nenahlo Agency LLC, an American Family Insurance agency, is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is primarily customer service–oriented, assisting existing clients with their insurance needs, while also supporting occasional sales opportunities. No prior insurance experience is required, prior licensing preferred, paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
· Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims guidance, and general inquiries
· Maintain accurate and organized client records in agency management systems
· Identify and refer appropriate coverage opportunities when applicable
· Support basic quoting and cross-selling during customer interactions
· Work closely with the agency owner and team to ensure a positive client experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
