Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a fun and energetic environment.
- Oversee food preparation, beverage service, and bar operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Supervise cash handling procedures, POS system operations (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and daily financial reconciliation.
- Train staff on food safety practices, customer service excellence, food handling procedures, and proper use of equipment such as coffee machines or bar tools.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and safety protocols across all areas of the bar.
- Handle shift management by scheduling staff effectively, interviewing potential team members, and supporting staff development through ongoing training & development initiatives.
- Experience with small games of chance.
- Ability to find and hire entertainment.
- Schedule events and supervise for accurate coverage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and culinary experience.
- Familiarity with the clover system; cash handling expertise is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and shift management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, budgeting skills, and food production processes.
- Hospitality management experience with a focus on customer service excellence in both casual dining and fine dining settings.
- Additional experience in hotel or banquet environments is a plus; barista or coffee experience is advantageous. Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
