Line Cook/Prep Cook Expectations:
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by measuring, weighing and mixing recipes according to recipes
- Be willing to cross train on prep as well as the line; schedule will consist of some of both shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Some previous experience preferred
- Weekend availability is a must
