Lead Tumbling Coach
Are you passionate about tumbling, athlete development, and creating an exciting class environment?
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Tumbling Coach to help lead and grow our tumbling program. This position combines hands-on coaching with leadership responsibilities and is ideal for someone who loves working with athletes of all ages and abilities.
The ideal candidate enjoys teaching foundational skills just as much as advanced tumbling and is excited to help create a positive, successful, and organized program.
Responsibilities
Coaching
Coach recreational and advanced tumbling classes
Teach athletes from beginner through advanced levels
Confidently coach and spot skills including layouts and fulls
Create a fun, safe, and motivating learning environment
Focus on strong fundamentals and proper skill progressions
Build positive relationships with athletes and families
Leadership & Program Development
Develop lesson plans and class curriculum
Communicate effectively with coaching staff and management
Assist with coach development and program organization
Monitor athlete progress and help maintain high coaching standards
Foster a positive team culture and excellent customer experience
Qualifications
Previous tumbling coaching experience required
Ability to safely coach and spot layouts and fulls
Strong understanding of tumbling progressions and skill development
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
High-energy personality with a positive attitude
Must genuinely enjoy working with children
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families

Pay Rate: Will be determined based on experience
