Join our dynamic team as Front Desk Agent and Security Specialist, where you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality operation while ensuring the safety and security of our residents, guests, staff, and property. This role combines exceptional guest service with vigilant security responsiblities, creating a safe and inviting environment for all. You will manage front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, coordinate security procedures, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your energetic and proactive approach will help foster memorable guest experiences and maintain a secure atmosphere around the clock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their stay.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Check in and check-out guests efficiently using a computerized visitor management system.
- Monitor security cameras, conduct patrols around the property and respond swiftly to any security concerns or incidents.
- Enforce access control policies by verifying guest identities and managing entry points to ensure safety.
- Handle guest relations issues with tact and resolve concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding security updates or guest needs, ensuring seamless operations during all shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, front desk operations preferred.
- Experience in Visitor Management software and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette ensuring top tier service delivery.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, CCTV surveillance and emergency response.
- Bilingual- English and Spanish a plush.
- A valid Class D Security License.

Monday & Tuesday (11pm-7am)
Friday (3pm-11pm)
Saturday & Sunday (11pm - 7am)
Off Days: Wednesday and Thursday
Total Hours: 40
