About the Role
As a Financial Services Representative, you will educate clients on financial concepts and help them develop strategies to protect their income, plan for retirement, manage risk, and build long-term financial confidence.
This is a commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position with a flexible schedule. Representatives may work virtually and, when appropriate, meet with clients in person.
No prior financial services experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided.
We help clients with customized solutions in areas including:
- Tax advantaged retirement planning
- Life insurance and final expense planning
- Children's financial planning strategies
- Lifetime income solutions
- Indexed growth strategies and annuities
- Legacy building
- Wealth accumulation and asset protection strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial needs assessments to understand clients' goals and priorities
- Educate clients on financial concepts in a clear, ethical, and needs-based manner
- Develop personalized strategies related to life insurance, retirement planning, annuities, income protection, savings strategies, and risk management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and service
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-first approach

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check, if required for licensing
- Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent schedule
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service
Preferred Background

Compensation
This is a commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position. Compensation is performance-based.
