Donut Country is a local, family-owned business and we are in search of a full-time Front of House Sales Manager to join our team at our Memorial Blvd. location.
We are looking for someone who has a friendly smile, is energetic in the wee morning hours and delivers exceptional customer service. This person needs to also pays close attention to detail and work well in a busy environment. This person needs to have at least 2 years of previous management experience in a restaurant environment and have exceptional leadership skills.
Availability needed: This manager will need to begin at 4:15am and also have weekend availability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door and deliver top notch customer service
-Have a hustle in their step and be able to multi-task task and direct in a professional manner
-Maintain a clean working environment and presentation of Front of House
-Coaches, directs and develops FOH team members
-Works closely with Store Manager to schedule, communicate and coordinate with time off requests, call-outs, and filling in vacancies as needed
-Create and put into place systems that will be the standard for all FOH team members
