Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Junior Client Associate:
- Meet directly with customers to discuss wireless and telecommunications products
- Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service throughout every interaction
- Help customers identify solutions that best fit their communication needs
- Educate customers on available products, features, and promotions
- Support customer enrollments, upgrades, and account services
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on customer engagement, sales development, and product knowledge
