Key Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities through client outreach, relationship building, and follow-up
Plan, coordinate, and staff company events, trade shows, job fairs, and community gatherings
Support marketing initiatives including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Manage event logistics such as scheduling, vendor coordination, setup, and teardown
Provide administrative support for the Business Development and Recruiting teams, including reports and data entry
Travel to off-site meetings and events as needed
Requirements
Friendly, professional, and highly organized—must enjoy working with people
Proven party and event planning experience
Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Marketing or promotional experience preferred
