SUMMARY:
Reports to the Guest Service Manager. In the absence of the Guest Service Manager or Supervisor, Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Players Club and other Marketing outlets as needed at the direction of the Guest Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Players Club and Gift Shop; when manager or supervisor is not on duty.

Assists with the execution of all promotional and special event activities associated with Players Club

Resolves guest service issues involved with the Players Club

Ensures staff development and training
- Follows oral and written instructions

Work with confidential materials and minimal supervision

Communicates effectively, orally and in writing

Maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, customer, and vendors

Performs other duties as assigned

Assist other departments with information of upcoming events, as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- One-two year player’s club representative experience
- Casino promotions and player tracking experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of POS system (preferred)

Cash handling experience (preferred)

Excellent guest service skills

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

Ability to operate computer software applications, including players tracking, Excel and Word

Ability to work flexible schedules to include nights and weekends
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
