We need a skilled and dependable Handyman to help with home repairs, minor fixes, and improvement projects for local residential properties. You will work independently to tackle a wide variety of household tasks with high quality and care.What You Will Do
- Fix and Repair: Patch drywall, repair doors, fix leaky faucets, and mend broken fixtures.
- Install and Assemble: Hang TVs, put together furniture, install ceiling fans, and set up light fixtures.
- Maintain Property: Perform routine checks, painting touch-ups, and general indoor/outdoor upkeep.
- Communicate Well: Talk to clients in a friendly way and finish jobs on time.
What We Need From You
- Experience: Proven history in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
- Tools: Own a standard set of reliable hand and power tools.
- Driver's License: Valid license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Work Ethic: Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
