What this role actually looks like
You'll carry a manageable caseload and have real autonomy over your schedule and clinical approach. We invest in tools that let you get results for patients who haven't found them elsewhere — including shockwave therapy for chronic pain and difficult-to-treat cases. If you've wanted to expand into these areas but haven't had the support, this is where you do it.
Our team ranges from new graduates to seasoned clinicians with decades of experience. Mentorship goes both ways here — you'll have regular opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues or guide newer ones, depending on where you are in your career.
We're especially interested in clinicians drawn to:
- Chronic pain and complex cases that other practices turn away
- Return to sport and performance-based rehab
- Expanding their skill set beyond the standard playbook
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 based on experience

Who we're looking for
You're a PT who got into this field to solve problems, not process patients. You're curious, you keep learning, and you'd rather spend your career getting genuinely good at something than hitting a daily visit count. You want to know your patients by name — and have them know you.
Experience is valued. New graduates with the right mindset are equally welcome.
Requirements:
- Active NY PT license (or eligibility)
- Genuine interest in clinical growth and expanding your skill set
