Empire Canopy Sign & Construction, one of Houston’s leading sign and branding companies, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial construction project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple projects from kickoff to completion.
What You’ll Do:
Manage multiple sign and construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Negotiate vendor pricing and contracts
Manage project budgets and financial performance
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Identify and mitigate potential project delays and risks
Receive, track, and inspect project materials
Ensure project scope aligns with contractual requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Communicate technical information clearly and accurately
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience
Commercial construction experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Sign industry experience
Fuel branding and imaging experience
