McArthur Weddings & Events is growing! We are looking to expand our team here in Denver & the Front Ranch and searching for day of assistant wedding coordinators. This position would be part time, seasonal, as needed. There would be room to grow into a larger position for the right fit. The perfect person for this role is someone who is:

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- ability to be on your feet for up to 14 hours and lift 50 lbs
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and positive Wedding Day Assistant to support our planning team on wedding days. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced events, works well under pressure, and is passionate about creating a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities may include setup assistance, vendor coordination, timeline support, guest guidance, décor styling, and helping our lead planners manage the flow of the day. Weekend availability, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment are essential. Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with event setup (tablescape, décor placement, details)
- May be required to lift and move furniture up to 50lbs (not common)
- Supporting the lead planner throughout the day
- Greet Guests - point them in the right direction
- Cue musicians and/or wedding party
- Ensure decor is set up to high level of detail and consistency
- Direct guests and vendors - use planning documents to answer questions
- Helping maintain timeline flow and guest experience
- Breakdown at the end of the event
