Job Summary
Cyclone Land Development is seeking experienced pipelayers to join our construction team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience installing and maintaining underground utility systems, including storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and waterline utilities. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
Duties & Responsibilities

Install storm, sewer, and waterline utility systems.

Read and interpret construction plans, grades, and specifications.

Assist with trench preparation, pipe alignment, and pipe installation.

Ensure proper bedding, backfilling, and compaction around utility lines.

Work safely around excavation equipment and within trenching operations.

Perform daily inspections of tools and equipment.

Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements.

Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Skills

Underground utility installation experience.

Ability to read construction drawings and utility plans.

Knowledge of storm drainage, sewer, and water distribution systems.

Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience using hand and power tools commonly used in utility construction.
Requirements:

Previous pipelaying or underground utility construction experience preferred.

Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Must be able to pass E-Verify employment verification requirements.
