We are looking for a professional and motivated Inside Sales Associate with experience in selling electrical supplies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Training may be provide as needed to support your success in this position .

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Schedule follow-up appointments to inform customers of new products and updates
- Prepare sales materials and proposals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical supply sales or related service roles
- Minimum of two years of experience in electrical sales
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn; some training may be provided if necessary
