We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QMS Coordinator to help keep our Quality Management System operating effectively across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, follow-through, communication, and maintaining momentum across multiple quality initiatives.
You’ll serve as a key connection point between the Quality Council, Process Owners, and Leadership teams to help ensure our QMS remains organized, audit-ready, and continuously improving.
What you’ll do

Coordinate Quality Council meetings, agendas, meeting notes, and action item tracking

Facilitate Quality Trends meetings and track open issues through resolution

Maintain corrective action tracking systems and provide status updates to leadership

Support internal and external audit activities and track findings to closure

Manage document control activities including revisions, approvals, and version control

Coordinate inspection processes and assist with non-conforming material disposition

Support quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes

Prepare materials and documentation for management reviews

Maintain training records and compliance documentation

Partner cross-functionally to support ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement efforts

Perform other duties as assigned
What makes you a great fit

Associate’s degree or higher; Bachelor’s preferred

3+ years of experience in a QMS coordination, quality systems, or operations coordination role
-
Demonstrated experience with document control, CAPA/corrective action tracking, or audit support in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management framework
