Welcome to Symphony 9 School —we are a music and art school located in a shopping plaza at Lake Forest (right off freeway 5). We're so glad you're considering us. Our school respects each teacher's unique expertise and truly believes in collaboration to achieve growth as a team. We are looking for you to join our amazing community!
Teachers today aren't just chasing an easy paycheck; they want purpose, real growth, and a workplace that truly welcomes them. That's what we've built: a warm, collaborative, fair culture paired with an organized, transparent growth ladder most schools simply don't offer.
Benefits:

- Professional, equipped teaching rooms with supplies provided on-site
- A transparent, structured growth ladder — clear opportunities to advance when your results show it
- Flexible scheduling. You decide your hours.
- Paid seasonal meetings
- Paid training & professional development
- An open-minded team that adapts teaching methodologies when something isn't working, instead of forcing it
About Us: Symphony 9 School is a music- and art-focused academy dedicated to high-quality education for learners of all ages and skill levels. Our environment nurtures growth and creativity. We're active teachers ourselves, so we know what teachers want most: pay that keeps up with rising costs, real professional development, meaningful ensemble playing opportunities, and families who care about their child's progress as much as you do — all in a collaborative environment. We maintain an internal syllabus and regular team meetings to support real student growth while protecting the special, personal relationship between teacher and student. Our founders are teachers too, and they stay closely involved — genuinely invested in your growth, fair pay, and wellbeing, not just the bottom line. It's a culture of transparency and support, where teachers find real fulfillment and keep growing, alongside a community of students and parents who share that same collaborative spirit.
