Job Description: Perform general, preventative, and emergency maintenance. Maintain pool cleanliness in between pool service days with proper PH and chlorine levels. Must have scheduling and planning skills in order to perform multiple projects. Seek and suggest cost saving strategies. Ensure all company equipment, material, structure, and furnishings are repaired and maintained in a timely manner. Complete projects as directed (including but not limited to: painting, drywall patching, general carpentry, and general plumbing). Take out the garbage, and assure the grounds and landscaping are clean and guest ready. Must be able to pull/push/lift up to 40 lbs. on a consistent basis. Must be able to work varying shifts and time schedules, including weekends and holidays. Must have reliable transportation.
