Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Manager to lead and coordinate impactful community programs that serve diverse special needs populations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience organizing and planning program activities (arts and crafts), and a passion for providing moment based curricula to encourage healthy living.

Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement social recreational programs focused on health, arts and crafts and hobby skills for persons with special needs of various ages.
- Lead and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure effective service delivery, safety and engagement in our groups.
- In person lead groups Tue and Weds mornings.
Skills
- Extensive experience in volunteer management and supervising teams in diverse settings.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences from various backgrounds.
- Proven expertise in program development, project management, and community outreach strategies.
- Knowledge of arts and crafts, exercise and movement for promotion of health.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging with multilingual populations.
- Experience teaching youth programs or working within social work frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with strong writing abilities for reports.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team building and client communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
