Schedule: Part-Time (24–30 hours/week) with opportunity for Full-Time
Pay: $22–25/hour (based on experience)

We are looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Medical Administrative Coordinator to help support our growing team. This is more than a front desk position—you will play an important role in keeping our practice running efficiently while helping us continue to grow.
ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience
- Answer phones, text messages, and patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
Administrative Duties
- Maintain provider schedules
- Prepare patient charts prior to appointments
- Scan and organize medical records
- Manage referrals and medical records requests
- Monitor office email and communications
- Order office and medical supplies
Practice Operations
- Assist with employee onboarding and paperwork
- Maintain HIPAA and compliance documentation
- Track licenses, certifications, and required training
- Assist with inventory management
- Help maintain clinic policies and procedures
- Support special projects as the practice grows
Team Support
You will work alongside our Medical Assistant and providers to ensure patients receive an outstanding experience from the moment they contact our office until the completion of their visit.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or medical office experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred
- Experience in a medical office, psychiatry, primary care, or medical spa
- EMR experience
- Insurance verification experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
- HIPAA knowledge
- Experience with scheduling software
