Senior Customer Support Specialist
BuildEd is seeking an experienced, highly professional Senior Customer Support Specialist to drive the successful delivery of our Career Performance Training and Coaching programming.
This is a highly visible role that combines customer support, partner relationship management, remote classroom coordination, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will serve as a key representative of the organization, working directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders while helping ensure operations run smoothly and consistently.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable communicating with partner leadership, supporting customers, coordinating people and processes, solving problems, and managing important operational details.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with partner organizations and their staff.
- Coordinate and support the successful delivery of training, coaching, and related programs.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and discussions with customers, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor program activity, identify issues, and help ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to support program delivery and customer success.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall program effectiveness.

- Is highly organized and detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Can balance relationship management, problem-solving, and operational responsibilities.
- Adapts quickly to new technology, systems, and processes.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities, follows through consistently, and can be relied upon to see important work through to completion.
- Is willing and able to work a minimum of 40 Saturdays per year as part of regular job responsibilities.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time remote position.
- Final candidates will be asked to provide three professional references from supervisors to whom they directly reported, preferably from recent positions.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
