Position Overview:
Amcon is currently seeking an organized and self-motivated Liquid Production Worker Team Leader. The schedule will be for the morning shift with a schedule of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. The position works onsite only and will co-lead our Liquid Production Worker team. The pay will be 18.50$ per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs variety of manual production functions within GMP and OSHA regulations.
- Weighing/ blending/ formulating of product batches per the approved batch record.
- Issues all components to the manufacturing room and returns unused components to the warehouse as appropriate.
- Operating the liquid fill packaging line along with the testing machines for performing in process checks.
- Maintains the production room and equipment in a clean and operational state by coordinating with maintenance and engineering.
- Creating and Verify printed labels compared to written orders
- Monitors in process quality within their assigned job duties and reports deviations and out-of-specification to quality assurance.
- Completes product batch record and order documentation via GMP documents and IMM System
Qualifications:
- Independent ability to solve complex problems.
- Quick learner, adaptable and has acute ability to multi task.
- Possess a strong attention to detail.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Required: High school diploma.
- Minimum Required: 1+ years related GMP experience.
- Minimum Required: 1+ years of leadership experience.
