As an Embroidery Operator at Miami Mixed Media, you’ll play a key role in bringing our designs to life. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality designs on garments. - Ensuring embroidery quality, placement, and color accuracy. - Handling garments throughout the production process with care and precision. - Managing multiple tasks, including operating several machines or handling rush orders, while maintaining efficiency and quality. - Keeping your workstation, materials, and garments clean and organized. - Following instructions from managers and supervisors to meet production goals. - Communicating clearly with team members to address questions or resolve production issues.
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in embroidery or a related field. - Language: Spanish-speaking is required. - Physical Stamina: Comfortable with repetitive, physical work, including standing for extended periods and handling garments throughout the shift. - Positive Attitude: Open to feedback, training, and improving your skills. - Team Player: Works well with coworkers and contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment. - Attention to Detail: Pays close attention to embroidery quality, placement, colors, and garment handling. - Organized and Reliable: Keeps workstations tidy and consistently arrives on time, ready to work. - Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, agile production environment and performs well under pressure. - Accountability: Willing to identify mistakes, communicate problems, and help find solutions. - Communication Skills: Clearly communicates with managers and coworkers to ensure smooth production.
