Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership and customer service, with a strong background in retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Manage and lead a team of retail associates
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist customers effectively
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in overseeing store operations
- Implement sales management strategies to drive revenue
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
- Utilize retail math skills for inventory management
- Assist in the buying process by selecting merchandise for the store
- Support recruiting efforts to build a high-performing team
Experience
- Previous experience in interviewing and team management preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Sales management experience is beneficial
- Administrative background is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math principles is a bonus
- Experience in recruiting talent for retail positions
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
