Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Agency/Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Family team. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, compile reports, assist in the admin of the office and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Delegate leads to agency, follow up on renewals and underwriting memo's
- Provide reports to management to assist in the daily follow up of agency leads and underwriting requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, reviews, and account rounding and identifying potential discounts for our customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery offer reviews of policies to help customers choose the correct coverage and premium savings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or agency office environment.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems; familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to handle transactions responsibly.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Holding a Insurance License is a strong plus
