Summit is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Georgia. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about ABA and committed to creating meaningful outcomes for children and families.

What You Will Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Oversee treatment programming and ensure services are clinically appropriate and effective.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Analyze client data and make informed, data-driven treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical teams to support client progress.
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
- Participate in clinical meetings and team collaboration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet clinical and insurance requirements.
- Support a positive, ethical, and collaborative treatment environment.
Job Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to provide services in Georgia.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for supporting children, families, and meaningful client outcomes.
- Newly certified BCBAs and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
