Greta is growing, and we’re looking for strong Shift Leaders to help us lead the floor, support our team, and keep shifts running at a high level.
This is not just a “clock in and clock out” position. Our Shift Leaders are trusted to set the tone for the shift, make sure our standards are being followed, and help create the type of team culture that makes Greta the place to be.
We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, respectful but firm, hands-on, and not afraid to jump on the line when needed. The right person leads by example, communicates well, keeps the team organized, and makes sure every guest has a great experience.
Responsibilities
As a Shift Leader, you will help oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, including:
- Leading team members during the shift
- Making sure stations are clean, stocked, and ready
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
- Helping train new team members
- Keeping food quality, portions, and presentation consistent
- Making sure online and in-store orders are handled correctly
- Communicating with management about low inventory, call-outs, issues, or customer concerns
- Helping maintain a positive, respectful, no-drama work environment
- Jumping on the line and helping wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Calm under pressure
- Strong communicator
- Organized and dependable
- Positive attitude
- Respectful but firm with team members
- Good with young employees
- Available weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
