Responsibilities for the IT Service Desk Technician:
- Provide technical support and peace of mind for Anchor Point clients on the phone, via email and in person.
- Drive to client offices and help them in person.
- Resolve Tier 1 and 2 technical issues and manage service request queues, document time spent and strong note taking skills.
- Implement various IT projects including Mac and Windows operating systems, cloud services, network printers, wireless solutions and networking equipment.
- Come to the Denver office every week.
Qualifications for IT Service Desk Technician:
- Enjoys working with people and excels at problem-solving.
- 1-2 years of experience in the IT field as a consultant or member of an IT Department.
- Certifications in CompTIA Network +, Mac OSX, Windows 11, Windows Server Active Directory and Entra are very helpful.
