Experienced Dishwasher For Monday through Saturday
Toscana Restaurant at Bourbon St in Peabody is looking for a reliable and motivated Dishwasher to join our dynamic hospitality team from Monday through Saturday. In this role, you will be an essential part of maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your efforts will help ensure that food service runs smoothly and that our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about supporting culinary operations, has a keen eye for cleanliness, and is eager to contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations to uphold health regulations.
- Organize and store clean items properly to ensure easy access for kitchen staff.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently to prevent contamination.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of catering events or banquet setups by assisting with dishware and utensil management.
- Ability to stand in one place for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift in upwards of 50lbs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety practices.
