S&S Smash Burgers is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our food truck family!
We are currently hiring for a COOK / KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER POSITION with a strong focus on grill and fry cooking.
COOK / KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER
Responsibilities include: Cooking burgers, fries, and other menu items Following recipes and food preparation standards Building orders with care and attention to presentation Maintaining food quality and consistency Keeping cooking, grill, and prep areas clean and organized Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures Communicating clearly with the front window and team members Assisting with prep, setup, and cleanup as needed Helping maintain a fast, smooth, and efficient service flow during busy events
We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in a fast-paced kitchen environment (preferred but not required). Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Detail-oriented and takes pride in food presentation. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. A strong communicator. A team player who works well in a fast-moving environment
