We are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated Account Executive with the capability of engaging the highest levels of executive ownership, and corporate clientele.
Position Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for engaging and closing prequalified corporate and private developers, owner and organizations developing premier real estate assets nationwide.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in scaling an innovative construction technology company.
Responsibilities
- Engage and close new business opportunities through outbound communications, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations with Owners, Lenders, Corporate development entities and other and development executives
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within Hubspot
- Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate the value of CO-Ver's solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to support growth initiatives
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity reporting
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting product demonstrations
- Ability to work full-time.
Preferred
- SaaS sales experience
- Construction industry experience or familiarity with commercial construction processes
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Startup or high-growth company experience

Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $150,000+ with uncapped commissions
