Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our production process by ensuring high-quality embroidery on a variety of garments, hats, and other textiles. Your expertise in operating and maintaining embroidery machines, along with your commitment to excellence, will help bring our customers’ designs to life with precision and care.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With opportunities to expand your skills and contribute to various aspects of our production team, this role offers room for growth and creative fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines (multi-head machines)
- Prepare and load designs into the embroidery software
- Hoop garments and ensure proper alignment for embroidery
- Perform quality checks on embroidered items and ensure accurate design placement, thread colors, and stitch density
- Troubleshoot and correct any issues with machines, threads, or design files
- Perform minor machine maintenance and clean machines regularly
- Keep detailed records of orders and production times
- Read & Update job orders in our shop management software
- Communicate effectively with the production team to meet deadlines
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Embroidery Specialist or in a related field is preferred, but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
- Familiarity with embroidery software preferred - not required(e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift and move boxes of garments as needed (up to 55 lbs)
- Ability to stand full shift at hooping stations and embroidery equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills for design file management and machine setup
- Non-Smoking Individual (can't have cigarette, vape or marijuana smells getting on customer garments)

Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm
