Group 1 Honda Greenbelt is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience

Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates

Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion

Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle

Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $4,166–$6,833.
