Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist with bussing tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests.
- Support food service operations by preparing, serving, and handling food items with care and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing their needs efficiently.
- Help with catering events by setting up tables, serving food, and ensuring smooth event flow.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards across all food-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and ensure guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing, and basic food handling practices.
- Experience working in hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of the food industry standards for safety, hygiene, and customer service excellence.
