Outside Sales Representative – Restaurant & Retail Packaging SuppliesPosition Summary
Unique Packaging LLC is seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts. This position focuses on visiting restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, bakeries, meat markets, and other food service businesses to sell our full line of packaging and restaurant supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, bakeries, butcher shops, and food service businesses daily.
- Develop new customers through cold calling and in-person sales visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service.
- Obtain weekly and recurring customer orders.
- Present new products, promotions, and pricing.
- Identify customer needs and recommend cost-effective packaging solutions.
- Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing additional product lines.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Track customer visits, orders, and sales activities.
- Work closely with customer service and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Compensation
- Weekly salary plus commision
- Paid training.
