A growing hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the daily operations of a full-service lodging property. This leadership role is responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous hotel General Manager or comparable leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and revenue performance
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and lead successful teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain high service standards while overseeing day-to-day operations
