Looking for a full-time porter/cleaner who will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the overall grounds and common areas of a few apartment complexes. The technician must be able to work independently as well as with others.
Qualifications
-Must be professional, courteous and punctual
-Be able to work a flexible schedule
-Smile, acknowledge and greet property owners and guests while in the building
-Sweeps and cleans sidewalks and stairs as needed (trash and weather-related)
-Clears debris from parking lot, landscaping, and dumpster area daily
-Is able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
-Clean lobby areas of each building as needed.
