Job Title: Front Desk Concierge Beauty Salon & Office Suites
Job Summary
The Novus Suites is looking for a polished, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Concierge to be the face of our premier co-working office and luxury beauty salon space. In this role, you will welcome beauty clients, support independent beauty professionals, and assist our office tenants. Key Responsibilities
- The Warmest Welcome: Greet salon clients, office tenants, and guests with a friendly, professional, and upscale attitude.
- Dual-Environment Support: * For the Salon: Direct clients to their specific beauty professionals, maintain the beverage/refreshment station, and keep the lobby looking pristine and Instagram-ready.
- For the Suites: Receive mail and packages for office tenants, answer general inquiries, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Inquiry Management: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about our suites and beauty services.
- Ambiance & Upkeep: Ensure the waiting area, retail displays, and shared amenities are always clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, salon reception, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the candidate with the right attitude and work ethic!
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you love interacting with people and making them feel welcome.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for staying organized during busy hours.
- Aesthetic Eye: An appreciation for the beauty and wellness industry; a polished, professional presentation is key.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable learning new booking/scheduling software and handling basic emails.
