NDL is currently hiring reliable delivery drivers to service routes in:
YOUR MORNING PICK UP IS LOCATED IN FLINT
Route Details
- Routes are residential & light commercial
- Consistent daily volume
- Must be comfortable navigating suburban neighborhoods
- Routes are best for drivers familiar with ares
Pay Structure
- $2.10 Paid per drop
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity to earn steady, consistent income
- Performance-based growth available
Schedule
- Routes run 7 days per week
- looking for full time and part time
- Morning dispatch
- Full routes (6–10 hours depending on volume)
Vehicle Requirements
- Must have your own reliable vehicle(sedan, SUV, or van)
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone with working camera & data
Driver Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs (most packages are lighter)
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently
- Must complete route as assigned
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pick up packages from the warehouse flint location
- Deliver to assigned routes
- Take delivery photos as required
- Return any undeliverable packages per procedure
Contractor Status
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- Drivers are responsible for their own taxes
