Clearing Broker-Dealer based on Wall Street seeking a Client Relations and Prime Brokerage sales person to join our growing team. Opportunity to significantly contribute to the firm’s expansion as a clearing b/d.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new institutional clients.
- Conduct meetings to drive client growth and retention.
- Leverage the firm’s existing relationships by developing and executing proactive communication strategies.
- Liaise with clients, research analysts, and traders.
- Stay abreast of current market conditions and trends.
- Balance the interests of clients and the firm while adhering to the firm’s culture of compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10+ years of sales experience at a clearing broker-dealer.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Series 7, and 63. Series 24 is also preferred.
- Small to medium size hedge funds and family office relationships is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain relationships with clients and other business prospects.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and various Prime Brokerage products.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
- Focused, result-driven, and goal oriented.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels of the firm.
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to the firm’s changing needs and initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
