We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Barber to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will bring your passion for grooming, style, and customer service to create exceptional experiences for clients. As a licensed professional, you will perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and specialty styling and grooming techniques will help clients look and feel their best. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized Barbershop environment while providing outstanding customer care that keeps clients coming back. Responsibilities
- Deliver professional barbering services such as haircuts, straight razor shaves, beard trims, and hair styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Utilize Barbershop software like Squire to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
- Educate clients on hair care routines and product recommendations to promote healthy hair and boost retail sales through upselling techniques.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling retail transactions with retail math accuracy.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in,styling techniques to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
Experience
- Valid barbering license required; additional certifications.
- Proven experience performing a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, straight razor shaves, and grooming treatments.
- Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their styling needs.
- Prior experience in retail sales within a salon environment demonstrating upselling skills and retail math proficiency.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean workspace in a busy salon setting.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
