FMRC Health Group is hiring a pediatric COTA for in-home early intervention in the Southbay area. We pay at the top of the market, cluster your caseload close to home so you're not living in your car, and built our own EMR specifically to cut your documentation time.
We're clinician-led — founded and run by a practicing OTR/L — serving children ages 0–3. The ideal candidate will have a passion to provide quality care to children with special needs in-home (Mileage reimbursement provided) in the South Bay area (eg. Gardena, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Lawndale, Torrance, South LA)

The day-to-day
- In-home OT for children ages 0–3 on an assigned Regional Center caseload
- Fast, clean documentation in our purpose-built EMR
- Collaborate with caregivers and early intervention teams
- Mentorship, case consults, feeding therapy training and clinical training (new grads fully supported)
What you'll need
- Active California OT license (OTR/L) — new grads welcome
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
