Position Overview
D&C Alabama Landscape, Inc. is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an entry-level to early-experience role designed for individuals who want to build a career in the landscape industry.
We are willing to train the right person. We value reliability, work ethic, and attitude over experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist Crew Leader with mowing, edging, blowing, and trimming
- Learn proper shrub pruning and plant care techniques
- Help load and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Work efficiently as part of a 2–3 person crew
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work outdoors in Alabama heat
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required, but a plus)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Growth
- $16–$18 per hour based on experience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
