We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with hands-on Veeva Vault experience to support Regulatory, Quality, and Product Lifecycle capabilities within a global R&D environment at our top pharma client.
This role combines product ownership, business analysis, and regulated systems delivery. You will work across Regulatory, Quality, R&D, and IT to translate business needs into scalable, compliant digital solutions.
Veeva Experience Is Required
Candidates must have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, preferably including:
- Veeva RIM / Regulatory
- Veeva RegulatoryOne
- Veeva Vault Quality / QMS
- Regulatory, Quality, or Product Lifecycle workflows
Candidates without direct Veeva experience will not be considered.
What You'll Do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, enhancements, defects, integrations, and roadmap.
- Translate complex Regulatory and Quality needs into business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Improve and automate Regulatory, Quality, and PLM processes.
- Partner with technical teams on Veeva solution design, configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and go-live activities.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) and requirements traceability.
- Drive alignment across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, IT, and technical teams.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Hands-on Veeva Vault experience — required.
- Experience with RIM, QMS, PLM, Regulatory, Quality, or document management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of business requirements, user stories, workflows, process mapping, and backlog management.
- Experience working in a regulated R&D, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or similar environment.
- Understanding of processes such as change control, deviations, CAPA, audits, complaints, registrations, submissions, specifications, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience with validated systems and Computer System Validation.
- Working knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, data integrity, and electronic records/signatures.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Important: This position requires direct professional experience with Veeva Vault. General Product Owner or Business Analyst experience without Veeva is not sufficient.
Pay: $58.00 - $63.00 per hour
