JOB SUMMARY:
The Fahey Bank has 30-40 hour/week full-time opportunity for a friendly, energetic person to provide superior customer and sales service, build customer relationships, process customer transactions, and promote bank services The Teller will work to provide solutions to both consumer and small business. Should have customer service or cashier experience, preferably in a bank or credit union.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to accurately count money.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with bank exposure to fraud.
- Mathematical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to sell products.
- High degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience required.'
