Basic Functions
Responsible for setting up, breaking down and attending all health fairs and coordinating/throwing special events. After hours and weekend events are not uncommon.
Daily website review to ensure we are maintaining current forms, current practitioner information including locations, credentialing, etc., marketing materials, news releases, upcoming lectures and events, etc., and report terminations and additions of physicians immediately to website developer.
Events and bio cards, work closely with outside marketing representatives and website developers through completion.
Maintain database for bio cards and ensure they remain up to date.
Assist with programming digital signs at all surrounding locations.
Assist Marketing Executive with outside representatives to coordinate marketing materials and events.
Assist with multiple company projects and activities.
Following through with advertising details/responsibilities to help execute all tasks needed.
Approach Providers to encourage referring West Hernando Diagnostics
Must have great attitude, positive personality, attention to detail, able to lift at least 30 lbs. , good computer skills, proficient with MS word, power point office, MS Excel ability to multi task and be a team player.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
